Job responsibilities:

  • Monitor the call center system
  • Work with stores, office and other related parties to identify the business needs on call center and develop call center strategy and work process.
  • Provide excellent customer services in respect of the Group standard and guidelines.
  • Prepare report for analysis of the call center and make recommendation to the management.
  • Responsible for the performance goals of the team including service levels, abandonment rate, call quality and accuracy.
  • Answer daily phone calls and email queries from customers
  • Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.

  • Excellent communication, presentation and problems solving skills
  • Fluent in both verbal and written in Japanese and Korean
  • Familiar in computer operation
