Job responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer services in respect of the Group standard and guidelines.
- Mantain the service levels, abandonment rate, call quality and accuracy.
- Answer daily phone calls and email queries from customers
- Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Independent and able to work under pressure
