Job Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to a diverse group of users

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or above in any discipline
  • At least 1 year customer service experience is preferable, but not a must
  • Excellent command in written and spoken English and either Vietnamese or Thai
  • Possess effective problem-solving skills as well as communication and listening skills
  • A great team player and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
