Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily operation of the service counter of the Information Centre
  • Give guided tours to group visitors
  • Plan and provide training for student ambassadors of the Information Centre
  • Assist in the production of souvenirs



Job Requirements

  • University degree
  • At least one year's solid working experience, preferably in customer service, hospitality or event planning
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Putonghua
  • Outgoing and good at interacting with people
  • A good team player with outgoing personality
  • Well versed in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Need to take up occasional Saturday duties on a rotational basis
