- Handle inbound customer call enquiries
- Manage database entries against customer feedback
- Provide administrative support where needed
- 5 passes in HKCEE/DSE
- At least one year work experience in call centre/hotline function
- Good command of Cantonese, English and Putonghua
- Outgoing and good at interacting with people
