Job description:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to retain customers through loyalty projects based on customer feedbacks
  • Analyzing customer feedbacks and account trends to develop retention strategies
  • Understanding customers' needs and come up with tailored solutions to enhance customer engagement
  • Managing pipeline, cancellation requests and other ad hoc duties

Job Requirement:

  • 3-5 years of experience with customer servicing or products offering in the banking industry preferred
  • Positive, confident, and outgoing attitude
  • Strong flexibility with ability to deal with change on a regular basis
