My client is one of the market leaders in diagnostic imaging, image-guided therapy, patient monitoring and health informatics, as well as professional service and system support for hospitals in Hong Kong and Macau. They are looking for an energetic Customer Service Professional to join their team!


  • Responsible for building and managing the relationship with customers in order to assist to achieve the goals and objectives identified by the company.
  • Promote customer service products & solutions (e.g. maintenance service contract & after sales solutions) to hospitals, clinics and medical centers.
  • Prepare the quotations, tendering documents and presentation materials.
  • Conduct routine service meetings with the customer for service issue discussion and enhancement.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to maintain good relationship with clients.
  • Gather market intelligence and feedback to management.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by immediate superior or management.
  • Immediate available is high preferable.
  • Requirements:
  • Degree level education or equivalent
  • 2 years experience in customer services sales business, preferably within the healthcare industry
  • Strong communication, interpersonal & presentation skills
  • Energetic, mature, hard working, self-motivated and independent
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
