About Our Client

Our client is a leader in the industry with a portfolio of products. As a result of their rapid growth, they are seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to join the team.

Job Description

  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints on a daily basis, and counter offer appropriate solutions within time limit
  • Review service quality by conducting site visits
  • Provide trainng and coaching session
  • Liaise with internal to ensure smooth arrangement
  • Responsible for administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in related disciplines;
  • A minimum of 3 years of working experience; preferably with hospitality/ retail and FMCG background
  • Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
  • An organized and diligent candidate who has the ability to work under pressure within the time limit
  • An individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills who can work cohesively with a team
