Currently, they are active seeking a Customer Services Director to supporting lead and oversee customer and stakeholder involvement to support business expansion, expansion, and service provision. Build and maintain relationships with your customers in the SEA area.



Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Reporting to the General Manager & VP Regional Services (Asia Pacific), you will be responsible for the P&L of the CS Department and meeting the Sales Goal for the Position's Demographic Region. You also will be responsible for determine market trends and evaluate the pipeline of opportunities.

  • Create and implement winning strategies, capture bids and plans, and order backlog security.
  • Oversee the estimating, pricing, and tendering of projects involving client services. Develop the STRAP/budget review and update proposal for the region.
  • Achieving important KPIs and reporting on the operational and financial success of CS.
  • Offer technical advice for the company's range of products (HVAC, Coupler, Brakes, PD&G, Access Doors, etc.) in the area.
  • accountable for the expenses, budgets, timetables, and implementation of the customer service projects.
  • accountable for achieving Sales.
  • Owner of Risks & Opportunities, which includes creating and putting into practice efficient risk mitigation techniques and realizing opportunities throughout the portfolio of CS projects.
  • To guarantee that all deliverables are reached, and the customer is satisfied, supervise the implementation of services projects. In addition, oversee the engineering department and validate technical deliverable.
  • Lead procedures that call for stakeholder participation from the customer's perspective.
  • Develop the knowledge and abilities of the customer service team and inspire and lead the group to success.
  • Control the engineering and field services teams to ensure that they work with the project team in a way that maximizes synergy.
  • Ensure that local, industrial, and Wabtec requirements for safety, quality, and compliance are met.
  • Gather REX during the project phase to enhance potential future service offerings.
  • Direct the LCC, RAMS, engineering, and manufacturing procedures used in the execution of services.
  • Support the cash recovery process by maintaining tight monthly control and negotiating attractive settlements with consumers.
  • Any additional tasks that the manager assigns.


Candidates Profile:

  • Mechanical engineering or a closely related degree; business school experience; an MBA is preferred.
  • 12 years or more of relevant work experience in a managerial position, in the fields of railway, building, or other infrastructure service and/or maintenance, and in customer service or field service.
  • having managerial, sales, business-development, and/or P&L responsibility experience.
  • Customer-focused, strategically minded, and visionary.
  • Strong leadership, people-management skills, and the ability to motivate a team to succeed.
  • familiar with local customs, rules in effect today, and laws, notably those governing Hong Kong.
  • being able to quickly pick up technical understanding of the company's diverse electrical and mechanical equipment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, focus on results, and ability to influence and have an impact.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work with all levels of staff and international clients.
  • having experience working for a multinational corporation in a comparable industry, ideally in a matrix organization.
  • It's essential to have a solid knowledge of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
  • Travel will occasionally be necessary.
