Our client is a well established Fintech solution provider mainly working with prominent banking institutions as clients with both products ranging from software and hardware devices.

Reporting to the Head of Technology, this Data Centre Manager will lead a team to oversee well rounded data center operation and the relevant infrastructure support.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the Data Center operations teams
  • Oversee the system monitoring processes and response to the alertspromptly

  • Maintain the operations of Data Centre facilities to ensure the stability of infrastructure

  • Conduct necessary review or test before carrying out actual production

  • Define, establish and execute the operations policy, process, and best practices and ensure meeting the operations requirements and security policies

  • Responsible for the change management and incident management process in the data centre

  • Work with IT teams on designing and implement the disaster recovery plan for the system and services

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in data centre operations and management

  • Proven experience in DR drill and incident management

  • Fluent communication, both written and spoken, in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
