Our client is a leader in the Ecommerce industry with a portfolio of products. As a result of their rapid growth, they are seeking a Digital Campaign Manager to join the marketing team.


  • Lead the promotion team to ensure the global promotion strategy is best suited for company's growth target
  • Responsible for both promotional revenue growth targets
  • Define promotional strategy including product selection, discount types and coupon strategy
  • Responsible for the seamless execution of promotions and campaigns
  • Define a multi-channel communication strategy & communication content, including but not limited to eDM, APP push, Social Media etc. to maximise the promotional impact
  • Develop and implement new promotional ideas to continuously improve promotion revenue
  • Work closely with different teams to understand in depth the current promotion performances by leading the analysis
  • Work with product buyers to implement category promotion strategies as well as brand promotional strategies


  • 6-10 years of experience with 1-2 years in a similar role
  • Possesses a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Computer Science or similar
  • Experience in defining and implementing product promotion strategies, preferably in an e-commerce company, retail or FMCG
  • Experience in regional/ global coverage
  • High attention to detail, demonstrate a high level of ownership and accountability
  • Strong business acumen and data-driven
  • Proficient in MS Excel and/or Tableau
  • Must be a team player with a very strong analytical mindset and number sensitive
