Job Duties:

Digital and Social Media Support

  • Develop and implement digital marketing and promotional strategies for the marketing campaigns in the company
  • Plan and execute online advertising and social media initiatives (SEM, display, social media, email & programmatic marketing) and strategic social content to drive traffic and engagement
  • Uplift brand image by optimizing website interface & user experience
  • Work closely with brand marketing and creative design teams, performance marketing agency on planning and execution of online campaigns
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of online promotions and prepare analysis report for management review
  • Managing and in charge of company social media platform not limited to Facebook, YouTube and Linkedin
  • Responsible for social monitoring as a brand guardian on social discussion
  • Plan and Manage marketing budget and KPI pacing to targets across all campaigns and maximizing ROAS

eService Promotion covering the adoption of eBill, Mobile Payment, online Move-In Move-Out service.

  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to carry out data-driven eService campaigns with tracking and forecasting ROAS and ROI from planning to execution
  • Participate in recommending the eService journey on web & app design and manage Content Management System as Web Master
  • Assist in developing dashboards and analyse eService performance to drive traffic, conversions via digital marketing optimisation
  • Specialise in SEM/SEO to drive PPC and organic search strategy for eService adoption by continuously creating, categorising and refining keyword list, performing A/B testing on ad-copy, refining SEO metatags and landing pages to drive incremental traffic and conversions with knowledge on website infrastructure of tagging implementation.
  • Identify gaps in our knowledge of the consumer, support to drive research initiatives and enable eliciting segmentation and personalization opportunities to enhance contents/offers relevance


  • A recognized university degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • At least 3 to 5 years' relevant working experience in performance marketing, search engine marketing (SEM/SEO), and social media marketing.
  • Good presentation and excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Independent and self-motivated. Results and data-driven, creative and a good team player.
  • Digital expertise with good knowledge of the latest digital technologies and marketing trends
  • Digital Agency experience is preferred
