Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing & communications campaigns to meet business goals through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, creatives & audience targeting identification
  • Develop, edit, publish & monitor daily digital content (text, images, videos) and create plan & calendar for company's social media platforms including FB, IG, YouTube, etc
  • Monitor and analyse ROIs and KPIs of each campaign to gain insights in optimising & improving effectiveness as to enhance customer experience, engagement and increase customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with digital media platforms and tactics including partnerships and KOLs
  • Assist other teammates to plan and deliver integrated communications campaigns
  • Collaborate with external communications and media agencies in the execution and implementation of promotion campaigns/events in quality and timely manner
  • Liaise with other departments (including residential and commercial businesses, etc) for content creation and project management

Requirements:

  • Recognised University degree in Communications, New Media, Marketing or related disciplines.
  • 6+ years' proven working experience in digital/social media management
  • Strong experience in managing social media platforms, analytics tools as well as performance tracking knowledge including, IG, Facebook and YouTube in recognisable corporations will be a distinct advantage.
  • Proven track record in digital, video productions, and integrated campaign execution with strong writing, editing (photo/video/text) and communication skills.
  • A good team player with positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented mindset; multitasking and willing to work under tight schedule.
  • Adequate knowledge of social media advertising platforms (IG, YouTube & Facebook), and Google Analytics as well as MS Office, Illustrator and video editing/production are required
  • Knowledge of web/app design and good understanding of SEM and SEO are preferable
