Responsibilities
- Familiar with 360 digital marketing including social media, KOL, advertising, direct marketing, and retail marketing.
- Formulate and implement content marketing strategies and manage always-on digital marketing calendar to drive awareness and enhance customer engagement
- Development, execution, management and analysis of digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Programmatic, Shopping, paid social & owned media focused)
- Day-to-day management and optimization of performance marketing across Google Ads, Google Search Ads 360, Facebook ads manager, DV 360, etc.
- New ideas to build brand equities and business growth. Provide data-driven insights and regular reporting on performance marketing
- Market intelligence - Monitor, research, evaluate and report on market trends and make recommendations for continuous improvements
- Handle other marketing and ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
- 3-years or above experience in the field of digital marketing, fashion field is advanced
- Agency background is welcomed.
- A team player with strong project management, interpersonal & communication skills
- Well-organized, self motivated, details oriented with good team spirit and can-do attitude
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (*Mandarin)
- Proficiency in PC application, MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediately available is an advantage
