PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:

  • To lead Regional Digital Marketing strategy and development to ensure best use of resources in digital activity across Brand's Asian markets and align with regional growth strategy
  • To support markets digital marketing strategy, execution and evaluation in best optimization of investment and deliver result s
  • To inspire marketing team with latest digital marketing development

Responsibilities:

*Lead regional digital marketing strategy, campaign development and deployment in markets withsupportfromGlobalDigitalMarketingandRegionalMarketing

*Lead development and execution of regional digital marketing initiatives including websites, social media, content marketing,performance marketing, affiliate marketing, email marketing, SEM/SEO, Google Ads, Pay-Per-Click, advertising, CRM and loyalty campaign

*Own web CMS systems to build and maintain a consistent and engaging online experience in multiple devices. Champion data driven insights on website performance and lead enhance plan to improve website traffic and performance link with in-market digital marketing strategy

*Advocate best practices and search engine developments across region

*Collaborate with in-house studio and external agency to create and develop digital marketing collaterals

*Closely work with the Global Analytics Specialist and Marketing Managers to develop benchmarks, analytics and KPI setting duringplanning, execution and review of digital campaigns and projects

*Lead periodic review and sharing across markets and proactively suggest ideas and updates across all digital marketing components

*Manage assigned project budget and production of digital marketing campaigns to align regional business strategy and report outcomes and learnings for continuous improvement

*Support Global Digital Marketing projects and initiatives and lead deployment in Asia . Be the key person to bridge communication between Global, International, Regional and Markets on digital marketing

*Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

*Advisory role on eCommerce, as required

In-market Digital Marketing Support

*Actively participate in in-market omni-channel digital strategy planning and advise with expert opinion to ensure consistent brand experience across digital touchpoints with optimize campaign investment

*Leverage digital marketing analytics tools including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Facebook Analytics, agency reports, etcto track consumer journey and understand their engagement and/or buying decision and provide insights and recommendation to markets to drive traffic, lead acquisition and improve conversion

*Advise on benchmarks, analysis and KPI setting for digital marketing initiatives

*Assist in design and proofing, brand and regulatory approval processes for all digital marketing content

*Support markets in digital and social media agency planning and reviews, KPI setting and monitoring and budget planning

Analytics & Insights and Resource Hub

*Evaluate and introduce new technologies, platforms, approaches and application and be at the forefront of trends in digital marketing to help marketers to equip techniques by education and improve performance.

*Custodian of creative / digital content library

SKILLS: Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communication or a related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years digital marketing experience with proven capabilities of being strategic and creative in handling digital marketing strategy and campaigns
  • Pharmaceutical, FMCG, digital marketing agency
  • Experience in E-Commerce is an advantage
  • Knowledge and track record in social media, content marketing, performance marketing, affiliate

marketing, email marketing, SEM/ SEO, Google Ads, Pay-Per-Click,

  • Good understanding of digital marketing channels and usages (owned/paid/earned)
  • Hands on experience in web CMS system and content creation across digital channels
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Facebook Analytics
  • Project management capability with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and listening skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • Culturally aware and inclusive
