  • Responsible for driving ecommerce strategy for different online platforms.
  • Build brand awareness and ensure brand consistency across various marketplaces and brand site.
  • Deliver the strategic approach in driving traffic and effective online promotion campaigns to achieve sales target.
  • Monitor channels' effectiveness and report insightful analysis to optimize performance marketing in different channels, SEO, SEM, GDN, media advertising and user experience.
  • Perform daily operations of different online platforms including website content update, product listing, promotion setting, reports generation, customer enquiries, etc.
  • Manage the change to brand site platform with the evolving business needs through new site features implementation, from specification, execution, UAT, final testing, deployment and post implementation support.
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective process/platform integration and communication materials for superb customer experience.
  • Manage multiple marketplace partnership, vendors and agency relationships.


  • Degree/ Associate Degree holder in marketing / digital marketing or related discipline.
  • With at least 2- 3 years solid digital marketing/e-commerce experience, preferably in skincare or FMCG
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
