Responsibilities:

  • Handle ECom operations, monitor sales and KPI performance and drive follow-up
  • As the ECom business owner manage all related aspects
  • Collaborate with Marketing on media roll-outs and campaigns to drive traffic and sales
  • Design and implement seamless online-merge-offline (OMO) customer journeys collaborating with relevant departments
  • Maintain and monitor all digital sales presence, e-POS and other omnichannel of the brand

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree with at least 5 years relevant experiences
  • Experience in E-Commerce from international retail brands will be an advantage
  • Relevant OMO experience and ideally knowledge of ECom tools (Google Analytics etc.)
  • Proactive, detail-minded, well-organized and able to handle multi-tasks
  • Able to work independently and good team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
