Job Responsibilities

  • Assist Supervisor on the pre-opening preparation work for banquet related events
  • Ensure all equipment and supplies requirements for events are fulfilled from time to time
  • Liaise with F&B counterparts, vendors or suppliers to ensure the successful running of events
  • Assist Supervisor to monitor the operating expenses
  • Act as on-site floor manager to monitor the performance of third-party service providers to ensure exceptional customer services are provided
  • Interact with clients to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels, respond to and handle guest's enquiries and complaints
  • Participate in developing and delivering training programmes to frontline service staff

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related discipline
  • At least 8 years relevant work experience with 3 years at supervisory level
  • Possess excellent knowledge in banquet services as well as food & beverage; work experience within international luxury hotel brands would be an advantage
  • Have a strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal and organization skills and attentive to details
  • Excellent command in written and spoken Engllish, Cantonese and Chinese
  • Be proficient in MS Office applications
  • Able to work in a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays, if necessary
