Job Responsibilities

  • Handle full spectrum of administrative support for department
  • Plan and coordinate general office administrative procedures
  • Oversee all expense matters within the team
  • Handle administration for contract renewals, IT, procurement, etc.
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties where necessary



Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree of above
  • At least 5 years work experience within MNC/financial institution with extensive general office administration experience
  • Excellent command in English, Cantonese and Chinese is a MUST
  • Excellent analytical skills in both numbers and information
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to handle multiple tasks under pressure
