Job Duties:

  • You will be responsible in leading a big team and oversee all financial and business control operations such as credit control, revenue management, billings/ conllections, payables
  • Responsible for the management, preparation of financial reports
  • Responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance monitoring and management review
  • Assist in formulation and implementation of sound financial control
  • Work with internal stakteholders to conduct risks assessment and continuously review all finance policies and internal control procedures
  • Assist in ad hoc finance projects as assigned


Requirements:

  • With at least 12 years all rounded finance and accounting experience within MNC environment, with big 4 and experience working in FMCG industry will be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Finance Operations process flow and internal control
  • Solid people management skills is a MUST
  • High personal levels of motivation and delivery orientated focus, with good aptitude in problem-solving and strategic agility
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to work across departments in order to achieve best outcomes for the business and customer
  • Excellent command of Chinese and English (both written and spoken) is a must
