Job Duties:

  • Key stakeholder management on finance system initiatives driven
  • Manage testing and delivery of systems and reporting requirements and recommend maintenance solutions to produce quality performance
  • Manage the testing and implementation of enhancements/major upgrades to ensure optimal resolution and system performance for end users
  • Capture end-to-end test scenarios and resolution of issues with key stakeholders
  • Coach key stakeholders and prepare documentation on financial accounting and reporting solutions, system and business processes and business intelligence tools
  • Lead relevant best practice finance process excellence and finance process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 8 years of finance system related experience
  • Demonstrated experience working in partnership with business leaders to manage business financial solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication, influencing and interpersonal skills and ability to build strong working relationships and partnerships with stakeholders
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
