Our client is a renowned listed European based MNC with a history of over a century. As a leader in their expertise, they are currently looking for a senior finance professional to support their growth in the region.

Job Description

  • Be the business partner to the senior management and translate business strategies into measurables so as to support decision making processes.
  • Define short-term and long-term business objectives on country and regional level.
  • Work closely with Group and Global corporate units to support implementation of business steering concepts and tools.
  • Provide support to capex team while developing KPIs to ensure efficient deployment of capex resources and improve capex forecast.
  • Take responsibility of risk management ensuring the compliance of the business units with global headquarter.
  • Lead the controllers in the region as business partners to provide sound financial advisory support to senior management.

Job Requirement

  • Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant financial controlling experience preferably gained from sizeable MNCs.
  • Minimum 5 years of team leading experience with regional coverage.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
  • Good communicator and influencer with proficient language ability.
