Job Description

You will be held responsible for sales & profit accountability and responsible for operational & commercial management of a group of stores. Focus on developing and motivating district managers, store managers and frontline staff to ensure consistent improvement in the delivery of customer proposition. Furthermore, good analytical skill is expected to deliver for consumer insight and recommendation.



The Successful Applicant

  • University graduate with at least 10 years' management experience in chain store operations
  • Strong command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good analytical and presentation skills
  • Excellence in time management
  • Independent and possess strong interpersonal skills
