Our client is a renowned Hong Kong based property developer with a strong portfolio across the region. They are looking for a seasoned HR professional to lead their HR team supporting the growth of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, communicate, and adapt all employment related policies & procedures and ensure full awareness throughout the group
  • Continuous management, review, adaptation, and improvement of the employee engagement process
  • Sourcing, recruiting and retention of high-performing and brand-aligned talent and management of the recruitment process
  • Ensure legal and statutory compliance across all facets of employer employee relationship
  • Manage employee remuneration and benefits policies and ensure they are adhered to
  • Manage employee databases, records and documentation databases for compliance, segmentation, and accuracy
  • Collect, collate, use, and share employee data with management and the executive to inform business decisions and improve performance and processes

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in HR, a related field or commensurate work experience
  • Minimum of 15 years HR experience in a team-leading position
  • Fully versed in employment law, award interpretation and application
  • A self-starter who is able to collaborate and drive continuous improvement in processes & policies
  • Superior communicator both written and verbally able to engage stakeholders and all levels and confidently present to employees and management team
