About The Role

  • Strategically partner with the Executive Leadership Team to translate business goals into clearly linked HR initiatives
  • Identify and drive fit for purpose organisational development programs and initiatives
  • Drive strategic HR planning in line with the Group's growth plan
  • Embed change management and communication strategy within organisation
  • Provide tactical advice on complex ER matters
  • Build and maintain HR governance framework
  • Drive effective workforce planning through appropriate organisational structure, talent acquisition, succession planning and internal mobility strategies
  • Identify, implement, and manage HR technology across all people functions
  • Implement company-wide learning management and training management system

About You

  • Qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology, Employment Law, or related discipline
  • Minimum 15 years' in HR generalist roles in retail or related sectors
  • Minimum 5 years in Executive level people and culture role, demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust quickly
  • Demonstrated ability to influence organisational change and actively support business growth
  • Significant experience partnering with senior stakeholders to develop and deliver end to end change management activities, including strategy, planning, and implementation
