Job description

  • Identify development needs of the organisation and manage end-to-end training from vendor sourcing, proposal invitation and assessment to program delivery ensuring a satisfactory learning experience.
  • Formulate corporate training programs in accordance to leadership development framework in order to drive a learning culture.
  • Promote discussions on L&D while providing support to different level of employees in pursuing career development.
  • Support the formulation of talent management strategies by analysing business needs.
  • Lead development of succession planning and talent development framework while monitoring external consultants on delivery of talent management projects.
  • Delivery training programs to mid to senior level employees.

Job requirements

  • Degree holder in HR Management, Psychology, or any related disciplines.
  • Minimum 15 years of solid knowledge in learning & development, talent management and organisation development gained from a sizeable organisation.
  • Experiences of L&D initiatives delivery in PRC is a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English is essential.
  • Exceptional influencing and stakeholders management skills.
