Job Duties:

  • Build and lead teams of Media Buyers, Content Creator and Designer, Distribution Team, Campaign Managers, and IT Project Managers, enabling them to empower Marketing Department's efforts.
  • Oversee teams of Media Buyers, Content Creator and Designer, Distribution Team, Campaign Managers, and IT Project Managers, providing leadership, mentorship, vision and technical expertise.
  • Create marketing strategy and execution plans, assist in presentation material creation, and provide strategic guidance based on industry insights and QA
  • Establish a regular reporting cadence across the business and establish meaningful KPIs to measure results
  • Work with program, product and regional teams to develop and support global company strategies
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to enable the sales team to effectively understand the user buying journey and articulate the value of the company products to prospects
  • Research, analyze, and report on industry, financial, technological, demographic, and competitive trends to capitalize on market opportunities and shifts in market demand



Requirements

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Experience in formulating and executing marketing strategies in China
  • Experience developing and managing budgets, and hiring, training, developing, supervising, and appraising personnel
  • A proven track record of large-scale media buying proficiency across several biddable platforms
  • Fluency with analytics, attribution and measurement systems.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in paid media including paid search, paid social and programmatic media
