Our client is a well-known global consumer product company with long history. They are in search for a Helpdesk Analyst to join their growing business

Job Responsibility

  • Providing first line technical support to internal users - taking enquiries by phone and email
  • Dealing with problems for hardware, such as servers, computers and printers, and software programs
  • Handling hardware service requests such as video conference setup, new hardware etc...
  • Troubleshoot and identify technical issues and reporting to technical teams
  • Managing junior support staff

Job Requirements

  • Degree in technology related studies
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Helpdesk/Service desk role with VIP support
  • Excellent communication in spoken and written English is required
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Quick reaction to problems and able to offer workaround solutions in short amount of time
