Responsibilities:

  • Provide full support on HR operations includes but not limited to setting up filing system, compiling regular reports, maintaining data integrity etc.
  • Prepare employment documentation (reference check, employment contract, promotion letters, etc.)
  • Administer various C&B matters e.g. leave management, employees' benefits, insurance and MPF enrolment
  • Compile and maintain staffing-related reports on a regular basis
  • Assist in other related tasks when necessary

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in HRM or related disciplines, minimum 2 years of HR experience gained from MNCs or banking industry
  • A team player who is cooperative and detail-minded
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
