Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, C&B administration, performance management and employee relations
  • Manage full employee life cycle from recruitment and selection, on-boarding, engagement and development to off boarding
  • Work with Group HR team on various annual exercises including salary review, incentive scheme review, performance appraisal, employee survey, etc.
  • Monitor on office adminstration matters

Requirements:

  • Degree holder, minimum 6 years of HR generalist experience
  • Organized and result-oriented; able to work in a people-matrxi environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)and English
