Responsibilities:

  • Support C&B Manager to work on monthly budget forecasting, comparing it with the actual revenue and to review, propose a motivating and competitive commission scheme
  • Assist C&B Manager in delivering various C&B programs e.g. salary and commission scheme review, payroll vendor management, salary benchmarking, budgeting
  • Conduct HR financial reports on a regular basis and workforce analysis for management review
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects

Requirements:

  • University graduate in HRM or related disciplines with min. 3 years of experiences in capacity of C&B analysis
  • Previous experience in retail industry is an advantage
  • Detail-minded, well-organized and sensitive to numbers
  • Strong analytical skills and proficient in Excel
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
