Responsibilities:

  • Perform HR administrative support to ensure an effective and efficient daily HR operation.
  • Assist in full spectrum of HR service including recruitment process, compensation & benefit, learning & development, etc.
  • Maintain and manage HR records, employee databases and filling system.
  • Prepare various HR documentations such as employment contract drafting, letter of internal movement, tax filing documents, etc.
  • Support various HR projects as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 1-3 years of all rounded / generalist HR experience
  • Candidate with IANG Visa will be considered
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR Policies, labour law & regulations in Hong Kong & China.
  • Effective communication skill and details minded
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Excellent command in verbal and written Mandarin and English
