Responsibilities:
- Perform HR administrative support to ensure an effective and efficient daily HR operation.
- Assist in full spectrum of HR service including recruitment process, compensation & benefit, learning & development, etc.
- Maintain and manage HR records, employee databases and filling system.
- Prepare various HR documentations such as employment contract drafting, letter of internal movement, tax filing documents, etc.
- Support various HR projects as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- 1-3 years of all rounded / generalist HR experience
- Candidate with IANG Visa will be considered
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR Policies, labour law & regulations in Hong Kong & China.
- Effective communication skill and details minded
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Excellent command in verbal and written Mandarin and English
