Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and organize different employee relations programs such as recreation activities, employees gathering, sports events, etc
  • Being one of the members of the Employee Relations committee, organize meetings, take minutes and prepare reports
  • Handle staff enquiries on employee relations matters
  • Collect feedback and generate data from staff activities, analysis and provide feedback report for management review
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks and projects as required

Requirements

  • Diploma / Asso Degree holder with full certificate in HKCEE / HKDSE
  • 3-6 years of relevant working experience preferably from sizable organizations
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented and ability on multi-tasking
  • Patient, outgoing and sociable with excellent communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office and HRIS systems
  • Good command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
