Responsibilities:
- Provide support in full spectrum of C&B services including end-to-end C&B daily operations and projects.
- Handle attendance & leave record maintenance, MPF and medical scheme and tax filing administration etc.
- Maintain HRIS data and participate in HRIS enhancement
- Assist in HRIS implementation project to ensure quality and timely project deliverables, such as data preparation and UAT testing etc.
- Participate in any ad hoc HR tasks as required.
Requirements:
- High diploma/Associate degree in HR Management or related disciplines.
- Minimum 1 -2 years' experience in Compensation & Benefits related areas.
- Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance.
- Details minded and being able to work under pressure.
- Self-motivated, passionate and independent.
- Good command in both verbal and written English and Chinese.
