Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in full spectrum of C&B services including end-to-end C&B daily operations and projects.
  • Handle attendance & leave record maintenance, MPF and medical scheme and tax filing administration etc.
  • Maintain HRIS data and participate in HRIS enhancement
  • Assist in HRIS implementation project to ensure quality and timely project deliverables, such as data preparation and UAT testing etc.
  • Participate in any ad hoc HR tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • High diploma/Associate degree in HR Management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 1 -2 years' experience in Compensation & Benefits related areas.
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance.
  • Details minded and being able to work under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, passionate and independent.
  • Good command in both verbal and written English and Chinese.
