Our client is a leader in the FMCG, trading and retail space with a solid existence in Hong Kong and Greater China. They are looking for a new addition to their HR team as a real business partner to cope with business growth.

Job Description

  • Support the Head of Business and act as a strategic partner in providing advice on areas such as manpower planning, performance management, talent management, organisation development, etc.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders by understanding their needs and providing advice so as to achieve business goals.
  • Be the bridge between the Business and the Centre of Excellence ensuring the effective delivery of HR service.
  • Review HR policies and procedures regularly ensuring they are in compliance to Hong Kong Labour Ordinance.
  • Work closely with China HR team and participate in any HR related projects as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources or any related discipline.
  • 15 years of solid HR experience with business partnering exposure.
  • Work experience in FMCG, trading or retail sectors gained from an MNC environment will be an advantage.
  • Proactive, fast-paced and flexible with a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
