Responsibilities:

  • Act as a business partner and provide sound HR consultative service in areas such as talent acquisition and development, performance management, employee relations and succession planning
  • Manage full employee life cycle from recruitment and selection, on-boarding, engagement and development to off boarding
  • Constantly review and streamline current work process to enhance efficiency
  • Plan and execute HR initiatives and projects such as staff engagement, employee wellness programmes etc.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in HR/ Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience gained from sizable organisations
  • Outspoken, analytical and influencing
  • Posses a creative and commercial mindset to drive change and improvements
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)and English
