Responsibilities

  • Leading a small team and partner with business to develop programs, policies and a culture to drive performance.
  • Partnering with Center of Excellence and be responsible for recruitment, career development, rewards program and organisational design.
  • Taking charge of engagement initiatives and employee experience for the staff while driving company culture in line with the company's values and missions.
  • Providing guidance to line management in HR related matters such as performance management, employee relations, disciplinary actions, etc.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of a capable HRBP preferably in retail or FMCG fields.
  • Degree holders in business, economics, or related disciplines.
  • Fast learner, reliable team player with excellent communications and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines under high pressure.
  • Fluency in Cantonese and English while Mandarin is a plus.
