Our client is a well-established FMCG Group with rapid expansion across Asia in recent years. To cope with their growth, a newly created HR job position has arisen to provide business partnering services to one of their fastest growing business units

Responsibilities

  • Be the strategic HR partner with designated business units in providing professional HR advisory services
  • Liaise closely with business leaders and senior management on different HR matters such as manpower planning, resources allocation, people costing & budgeting, performance management, organizational development, etc.
  • Drive talent acquisition strategy and conduct end to end recruitment activities
  • Partner closely with corporate C&B team on different C&B programs review and implementation
  • Consolidate HR data and prepare management reports on regular basis
  • Participate in any ad hoc HR tasks as required


Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 10 year's solid HR experience with at least 2 years at supervisory level, gained from FMCG industry
  • Regional experience would be an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills with strategic mindset
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office and HRIS systems
  • Good command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
