Responsibilities

  • Act as the strategic advisor to stakeholders and department heads on the implementation of people strategy
  • Advise and facilitate the business on different HR programs of manpower planning, performance management, talent development, succession planning and employee relations
  • Partner with HR CoE team to ensure smooth and accurate daily HR services
  • Review and develop the global HR policy and procedures coping with the business growth worldwide
  • Handle the annual HR process of performance and salary review

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum of 12 years' solid experience as a HR Business Partner preferably gained from the FinTech / Financial Services / IT&T sectors
  • Regional / Global HR experience would be an advantage
  • Excellent stakeholder management experience with strong influential skills
  • Tech-savvy with proficient computer skills in MS Office and HRIS System
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
