Responsibilities:

  • As a strategic HR Partner to support the business growth, as well as offering sound HR advice in line with business goals and needs
  • Work with China team to manage full spectrum of HR services including staffing, retention, C&B, training and development, performance management, employee relations and succession planning, as well as building a unified corporate culture and environment
  • Explore and develop different recruitment channels in order to build up a candidate pool for long term manpower planning
  • Provide guidance and coaching to functional heads on employee performance, morale, disciplinary and grievance issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree holder, minimum 6 years of experience in HR Business Partner role, preferably from retail, F&B or FMCG companies
  • Possess strategic mindset while maintain a practical and hands-on approach
  • Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is essential
