Responsibilities

  • Act as the HR strategic advisor to the senior management and department heads on driving and executing people strategies coping with the business change
  • Partner with HR CoE and Shared Service team on providing full range of HR service and solution to designated business units
  • Advise and facilitate the department heads / managers on different HR programs of manpower planning, performance management, staff engagement and employee relations
  • Develop talent management strategy on succession planning, career ladder development, and high-potential development programs
  • Drive D&I initiatives to recognise, create and implement plans to promote diversity within the organisation
  • Participate in different HR projects as required

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • 8-12 years of solid HR Business Partnering experience gained from sizable organizations
  • Experience participating in the HR area of Talent Management & OD would be an advantage
  • Excellent stakeholder management experience with strong influential skills
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office and HRIS System
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
