Responsibilities:

  • Be the strategic advisor to business leaders and senior management to define HR strategy aligning with the business goals
  • Implement HR strategy on workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, etc. to cope with the rapid expansion across the Greater China region
  • Partner with the HR CoE teams on providing professional and effective HR solutions and services
  • Collaborate with Global HR team on the implementation of organizational development initiatives and culture change projects
  • Participate in any HR projects as required

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or above
  • Minimum of 12 years' solid HR experience, preferably gained from digital and technology sectors
  • Proven track record as a HR strategic business partner for business leaders / C-Suite / senior managements
  • Regional HR Experience across the region of APAC or Greater China would be an advantage
  • Strong business acumen with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Good command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
