Responsibilities:

  • Be the strategic partner to senior management and department heads, providing HR advisory services to cope with the business growth
  • Handle end to end recruitment & selection tasks
  • Provide professional and efficient solution to different HR enquiries
  • Drive and implement employee engagement programs
  • Assist the HR head on change management projects

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of solid HR experience gained from the banking and financial sectors
  • Solid experience as a HR Business Partner providing strategic advice to senior management
  • Hands-on experience in handling recruitment tasks and staff enquiries
  • Effective communication and efficient interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
  • Good command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
