Job Duties:

  • Help drive strategic discussions regarding structural change/development and support decision making as the respective leadership teams continue to evaluate and evolve their operating model and organisational structure
  • Be a change agent within the HR leadership group and demonstrate the ability to develop and enhance the level of capability and competence within the HR function
  • Provide trusted and expert advice and support on a range of HR issues such as reward, organisation development, culture, talent and employee relations
  • Ensure all high priority matters are dealt within an efficient and time sensitive manner
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the functional leaders to build sustainable leadership capability and succession

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with minimum 15 years' relevant experience with sound knowledge of the servicing industry
  • Outstanding project management, presentation and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of servicng industry and company operations is highly preferred
  • Excellent relationship builder with strong influencing and coaching skills across a range of diverse stakeholders
  • Capable of handling multiple projects, be strategic and tactical implementer
  • Ability to articulate the HR deliverable to afford commercial partnership for success
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese is a must
  • Occasional Travel is required
