Responsibilities:

  • Support all-round HR duties with focus on C&B matters (payroll, benefits operations, MPF enrollemnt etc.)
  • Work with the team to provide support on daily HR operations, such as on/off boarding, maintain data integrity in p-file system and gather data for generating reports for management review
  • Provide support on HR projects such as HR system implementation
  • Assist and execute ad-hoc HR projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree Holder or higher education with at least 1 year of experience in retail C&B
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
  • Attentive to details, good with numbers and administrative work
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and HRIS application
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
