Responsibilities:

  • Perform as a HR generalist to provide full spectrum of HR service to front line and back-office staffs.
  • Liaise closely with line manager on recruitment needs, advise manpower plans and employee performance management etc.
  • Managing the full recruitment process of hiring, from marketing mapping, sourcing, screening, interviewing to offering.
  • Handle C&B functions including monthly payroll and commission calculation, MPF, Taxation and insurance review etc.
  • Support various C&B projects including annual performance review, commission and incentive scheme review, salary survey & budget review etc.
  • Maintain and manage HR records, employee databases in HR system.
  • Prepare HR data and monthly report for management review.
  • Participate in any ad hoc HR tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum3 years of all rounded / generalist HR experience in retail or FMGC industry.
  • Experience in the Macau Retail sector would be an advantage
  • Familiar with Employment Ordinance.
  • Well experience in C&B function, sensitive to numbers, and strong analytical skills.
  • Details minded and being able to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
