Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of HR and work as a strategic business partner to provide sound consultative services to the existing and new business
  • Provide policy direction in areas such as staffing and retention, training and development, C&B, employer branding and employee relations
  • Drive organizational capabilities and enhance people competency level to support business growth
  • Act as key change agent to implement staff engagement and culture development projects to build a committed workforce

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 8 years of HR generalist/Business partnering experience
  • China exposure will be a big advantage
  • Strong influencing and relationship building skills to engage senior management and business unit leaders
  • A self-starter who is people oriented and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
