Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team and provide full spectrum of HR services including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training & development, etc.
  • Act as the strategic business partner liaising with senior management and stakeholders on different HR planning including manpower planning and allocation, HR costing and budgeting, performance management programs, talent development and management programs, etc.
  • Be the focal contact point and provide professional solutions to any HR enquiries
  • Enhance the HR infrastructure and framework to ensure accurate and effective daily HR Operations
  • Review and develop HR policy & procedure to ensure its compliance with the Labour Ordinance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • 10-15 years of HR experience, preferably from hospitality or food & beverage sectors
  • Successful track record playing a HR Business Partner on strategic HR input coping with change of business
  • Hands-on HR experience in full range of HR functions and area
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
  • Self-driven, attention to detail and well-organized
  • Good team player with excellent supervisory / coaching skills
