Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, C&B, succession planning, performance management and employee relations
  • Identify effective recruitment channels and build rapports with both line managers and external vendor to enhance productivity
  • Engage in employer branding activities to attract the right calibres in the market
  • Support department head in formulating and executing HR initiatives in line with forecast growth of the business

Requirements:

  • Degree holder, minimum 5 years of HR experience gained from Financial Services sector
  • Resourceful, organised and result-oriented; willing to take up challenges
  • Passionate, energetic and creative
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)and English
