Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of two in providing professional HR services to both front line operation and back office
  • Act as the strategic HR advisor to senior management and line mangers on HR planning coping with the business expansion
  • Responsible for the recruitment & selection of critical job vacancies and develop effective talent acquisition strategies to attract talents for both front line and back office operation
  • Develop and implement talent management framework and programs to keep track of the development of the high-flyers within the organization
  • Organize staff communication and employee engagement events and programs
  • Participate in any ad hoc HR tasks as required by the Head of HR

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of solid HR experience, preferably gained from retail, FMCG, or F&B sectors
  • Successful track record being a HR Business Partner for fast expanding companies
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Application
  • Good command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
